Principal's Message

A Warm Welcome to the School Year!

Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,

I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to the school year at Whittier Elementary! I am Dora Noble, and it is with great honor that I serve as the Principal of our exceptional school.

At Whittier Elementary, our primary mission is to establish the solid foundation for lifelong learning within a secure and nurturing environment. We are committed to ensuring that ALL students have the opportunity to attain high levels of academic excellence, cultivate the qualities of future leaders, and make a positive impact on society.

My journey with the Pasco School District has been rich and varied. I have had the privilege of serving in various capacities, including as an Assistant Director of Special Programs for the PSD, Principal at Chess and Whitter, Assistant Principal at Robinson and Twain, and as a Spectrum bilingual teacher. In total, I have dedicated 27 years to the Pasco community. It's worth noting that I was once a student and graduate of the Pasco School District, and I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have found a treasure in Whittier!

Here at Whittier, our dedicated team is focused on imparting essential values to our students daily through the "4 B's": Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Safe, and Be a Problem Solver. I take immense pride in the fact that Whittier stands out for primarily serving K-2 students. Moreover, we are privileged to host 2 ECEAP preschool classes, ensuring a strong and positive start to our students' educational journey.

As we embark on this new school year, I am filled with excitement and anticipation. I look forward to partnering with each of you to provide the support and guidance necessary to ensure the success of your child. Together, we will make this a truly FANTASTIC school year!

Wishing you and your child a wonderful year of growth, learning, and achievement.

Warm regards,

Dora Noble
Principal of Whittier Elementary School
